Our vision
PHAROS Labs is a young startup from Hamburg developing AI solutions for the healthcare market.
Your mission
Build and own features across the full stack of Regulaido — an AI platform for medical writers in pharma. You'll work directly with the founding team to ship production-ready code, improve infrastructure, and help scale a product that's already live with paying clients in a compliance-sensitive industry.
Your profile
Who You Are
- 3+ years of hands-on full-stack experience, ideally at a startup or in a small team
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end, from concept to deployment
- You've shipped things in regulated or security-conscious environments, or you're motivated to learn what that requires

Solid engineering judgment and willingness to figure things out
- Startup mentality: proactive, flexible, and pragmatic.
- Build and ship features across frontend and backend independently
- Take ownership of solutions from concept to deployment
- Improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflows
- Work with healthcare data and help maintain security and compliance standards
- Contribute beyond a narrow job description when the team needs it.
